What Your Registration Includes (In Person)

Registered in person participants are entitled to:

• Access to all scientific sessions

• Certificate of attendance

• Book of abstracts (Registered participants can receive the abstract book free of charge if collected within two months after the meeting. After that, a fee of 90 EUR will apply for handling services.)

• Coffee breaks and buffet lunches (for in-person participation)

What Your Registration Includes (Online)

Registered online participants are entitled to:

• Access to all scientific sessions via Zoom

• Certificate of attendance

• Book of abstracts (Registered participants can receive the abstract book free of charge if collected within two months after the meeting. After that, a fee of 90 EUR will apply for handling services.)

Cancellation Policy

• Until October 11, 2026 (midnight):
  50% refund minus €70 administrative fees

• From October 12, 2026:
  No refund

• Refunds will be processed after the end of the congress

Modification Policy

• Online → In-Person upgrade:
  Charged the price difference

• In-Person → Online downgrade:
  No refund

• Delegate substitution:
  Free of charge
  (An authorization letter signed by the registered delegate must be sent at least 2 days before the event)
