It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to Targeting Extracellular Vesicles 2026, to be held on 18-19 November, 2026 in Porto, Portugal.

Following the strong scientific momentum of previous editions, the spirit of Targeting EVs continues:
to explore extracellular vesicles not as isolated entities, but as central drivers of biological communication, adaptation, and dynamic medicine.

Under the presidency of Carla Lopes, University of Coimbra, this new edition will further strengthen the dialogue between fundamental mechanisms and translational impact.
The 2026 meeting will expand our collective efforts to understand how EVs integrate signals from mitochondria, microbiota, immune networks, and tissues and how this knowledge can be transformed into diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic strategies.

Targeting EVs 2026 will once again bring together researchers, clinicians, and innovators committed to shaping the future of precision and dynamic medicine, through rigorous science, open collaboration, and shared vision.
